Christian Njobvu is a Zambia-based Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) specialist with a proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing M&E systems for donor-funded development projects. With a strong commitment to service and impact, Christian plays a vital role in advancing education and development outcomes through data-driven decision-making and effective program management.

As the M&E Lead for the Schools Readiness Initiative (SRI), he oversees comprehensive frameworks that track key indicators—such as children’s developmental milestones—ensuring alignment with both national policies and global standards. His work not only strengthens accountability and transparency but also empowers teams to make informed, impactful decisions that change lives.

In his role with Solicitude for Orphans Support Group, Christian applies his expertise to design and manage systems that measure the real difference programs make in vulnerable communities.
